1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for WorkWise Sports services.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop or service.

Late cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.

WorkWise Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

No refunds are provided for services already rendered.

 

4. No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice are not eligible for refunds.

Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of WorkWise Sports.

 

5. Changes to This Policy

WorkWise Sports reserves the right to update this policy as necessary. Any updates will be posted with the revised date.
