Focus on the Future

Our Focus on the Future programme supports Year 11 students who are preparing for their next stage—whether that’s sixth form, college, or an apprenticeship. This workshop provides a clear and realistic view of the career opportunities available within the sports industry and how students can access them.

Students are guided through different progression routes, including T Levels, vocational qualifications, BTECs, and work-based learning. We also highlight the skills employers look for, the importance of personal development, and how to build a strong foundation for future success.
